This option is also finanically beneficial, as the hosting of high-end equipment in one’s own environment can prove to be costly, as well as the technical knowledge and skills required for optiminal management and support of this equipment can also prove to be difficult and costly. This is why we have structured our SBC products to provide you with a simplified, fully managed solution; whether on-premise, or in the cloud – managed by our experts. Dedicated appliances are recommended with higher call volumes and more intricate configuration requirements. These dedicated instances can also be hosted in the cloud or on-premise depending on your particular requirement.

BullTech currently offers 4 primary dedicated SBC product offerings. Our products range from SME scale SBCs all the way to Enterprise and Carrier-Grade SBC products. Built on our own, powerful, custom Linux distribution, whether you have a small or large requirement; we are able to assist you.
BT SBC 1000
Small to Medium Businesses
Our BT SBC 1000 product is our entry-level SBC that has all of the same functionality of our Enterprise SBCs, but with a lower call concurrency requirement. This SBC is good for Header Manipulation, CDR records and Lawful Interception monitoring. The limit on this SBC is 500 concurrent calls and 1000 active sessions.
BT SBC 5000
Enterprise Businesses
Our BT SBC 5000 product is our enterprise-level SBC that has all of the same functionality one would expect from an Enterprise SBC. This SBC has all the aforementioned functionality of the BT SBC 1000, but with a higher call capacity and some additional features. The limit on this SBC is 2500 concurrent calls and 5000 active sessions.
BT SBC 9000
Carrier-Grade Businesses
Our BT SBC 9000 product is our carrier-grade SBC that has all the features we offer in our enterprise-level SBCs, but usually built in a LB cluster with exeptionally high call volume requirements. This SBC fullfills Tier 1 Provider call routing and integration. The limit on this SBC is 10 000 concurrent calls and 20 000 active sessions.
BT VE SBC
Small to Enterprise Businesses
This is our software based product hosted on your (or your hosting provider’s) virtual infrastructure. This service starts at 10 calls and is scalable up to 5 000 concurrent calls and 10 000 active sessions, depending on the performance of the infrastructure hosting our software and the configuration complexity.
